Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. It takes only 2-3 minutes to go down the main street of Albany higway. This is the longest cafe , restaurant street in Perth. Main streets have Dome cafe, Domino's pizza, subway , many restaurants and cafes. Around 5 minutes walk to Woolworths ( Victoria park center shopping center)

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
